Brief description

CRS600 test system realizes the electronic control system detection of fuel injector and oil pump. The system provides fuel injector and oil pump drive signals, speed signals, and flow signal detection. The driving signals and parameters can be set by users according to their actual conditions, and can be saved in groups, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to judge and repair the working status of the electronic control system.

About security
To ensure safe operation, follow these rules:
(1) During the operation of the controller, please strictly follow the instruction manual;
(2) Use independent dedicated sockets and perform reliable grounding. The power cord of this controller is a three-wire plug, which is connected to a standard three-wire socket. Please ensure reliable grounding;
(3) If the power supply voltage is unstable, please connect the controller to the power supply regulator;
(4) Regularly check whether the AC power cord is damaged, and whether the power plug or power socket has accumulated dust;
(5) If the controller appears abnormal, or emits abnormal sounds or odors, or the controller becomes too hot to touch, stop using it immediately, and unplug the AC power cord plug and all other cables from the power outlet. ;
(6) If the controller fails, please contact the after-sales service personnel for necessary assistance.


Use and care
(1) Do not throw, drop or step on the controller, to avoid the controller being hit by strong external force;
(2) Do not insert foreign objects into the controller and external structure connector parts;
(3) Do not let water or other liquids flow into the controller or on the controller;
(4) Do not touch the AC power cord terminals with wet hands;
(5) Do not allow dust or foreign matter to accumulate around the AC power terminals. Dust and foreign matter accumulated on the AC power terminals may cause fire or electric shock;
(6) Avoid stepping on or squeezing the AC power cord;

(7) Unplug the power cord when cleaning the controller.
